2. Our Services

AI Clear Thinking builds custom, mobile-optimized 1–3 page websites for local businesses and offers monthly hosting and automation plans. Our services include:

• Free Website Preview: A complimentary, no-obligation sample site built from the information you provide.
• Website Setup ($500 One-Time): A fully customized, live 1–3 page website including lead capture forms and domain pointing.
• Monthly Plans ($50, $150, $250/mo): Hosting and automation tiers that may include missed-call text back, unified inbox, review automation, and AI chatbot features.

3. Free Preview Offer

The free website preview is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. We aim to deliver your preview within 24 hours, though timelines may vary based on demand. The preview is a sample and remains our property until you elect to launch a paid plan. You may keep any ideas or concepts shown in the preview at no charge.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

The $500 one-time setup fee is due before your custom site is launched. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis. You may upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time; because every site is built on our AI-native infrastructure, upgrades take effect in seconds without redesigning your site. All monthly plans may be cancelled at any time without penalty and with no long-term contracts.

5. Refund Policy

Because the free preview is provided before any payment, the $500 setup fee is generally non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but may be cancelled to prevent future charges. If you believe an error has occurred on your account, contact us and we will review your case.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, own or have permission to use any logos or assets you supply, and use our services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for responding to leads generated by your site.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, the custom website content we build for you is yours to use. The underlying platform, templates, and automation technology remain the property of AI Clear Thinking and are licensed to you for the duration of your active plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Clear Thinking shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our automation features may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Business, SMS providers, and social networks. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
